Shelly Bay Road Footpath

Construction of the new 100‑metre footpath on Shelly Bay Road was completed in December 2025

About the Project

  • A new 1.8‑metre‑wide concrete footpath has been delivered on the western side of Shelly Bay Road.
  • This upgrade provides a safe and accessible walking connection between Beachlands Road and Karaka Road, supporting pedestrians, cyclists, prams, and mobility users.

  • Improved access for parents, children, and mobility users
